Once you have booked you cannot change, but you can cancel your booking plan within 7 days from your check-in date and the first day of check-in till 10AM, 5% cancellation charges will be deducted. After that OLIB will not provide any refund and you cannot cancel the booking plan.

You can book library by following steps::
- A. Open the application\website.
- B. Choose your location .
- C. Search library by your preference and choose time schedule and choose duration as per your preference.
- D. And confirm your booking.

If you book 2 or 3 months plan, you will get discounts and offers as well.
4. Can I change the desk at any time?
Yes, but it depends of the availability of vacant desk.
5. What are the conditions that must be met to issue a refund?
Please read the payment terms and conditions carefully before payment to any of the booking plans, once you have booked you cannot change, but you can cancel your booking plan within 7 days from your check-in date and the first day of check-in till 10AM, 5% cancellation charges will be deducted. After that OLIB will not provide any refund.
If you wish to claim a refund you have an option to raise the request within 7 days from your check-in date and the first day of check-in till 10 AM, 5% cancellation charges will be deducted. After check-in from the first day OLIB will not provide any refund to the customers.
Once you Book any plan and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications of the Date’s. But can change a regular time schedule.
